Lisa joined Empire Pacific in May 2008 as the Client Services Manager. She acts as the primary liaison between the company and its members, the boards of directors of the Trusts, and internal company departments. Lisa supervises the firm’s administrative staff and provides administrative support to the management team. She coordinates member workshops and other company-sponsored events, and oversees the production of membership materials. Lisa comes to Empire Pacific with nearly ten years of experience in administration, project and event management, relationship building, and departmental development. Lisa is a graduate of Eastern Washington University.

Kim has been Empire Pacific’s receptionist since January 2008. She serves as the first point of company contact for clients, members, vendors and injured workers. Kim provides administrative support to all other departments, assisting with daily responsibilities as well as long-term and special projects. She is a graduate of Oregon State University and has experience in office support for several non-profit organizations.

Suzanne joined Empire Pacific as a temporary Receptionist in June 2007 and has been promoted to Claims Administrative Assistant. She provides a variety of administrative support to the Claims department, including coverage verification, database management, invoice payments, and filing system management. Suzanne has over four years of customer service experience in various industries.
