Krysia joined Empire Pacific in July of 2007 as the Human Resource Manager. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, communicating HR policies, facilitating relations between employees/departments and senior management, performance management and benefits administration.
Prior to joining Empire Pacific, Krysia was responsible for human resources, marketing, branding and communications for a specialized investment real estate brokerage team in Seattle . She has more than five years of experience in helping growing companies achieve organizational objectives. Krysia is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the local chapter, Portland Human Resource Management Association (PHRMA). She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. |
